We offer personalized service, such as checking measurements to ensure proper fit for costumes and specialized consultation to help you choose the best product(s) for your needs. Thus, we have very few issues with people ordering the wrong item or size.
However, we understand that seeing something on a website isn’t the same as seeing something in person, so for online orders, we do accept exchanges (no returns) under the following conditions:
Item must be unused/unworn and in original condition with the original packaging. Packaging must not have any markings on it, including writing, tape, rips, or other damage. Shrink wrapped or blister carded products must be unopened and in original packaging.
The following items are not exchangeable: wigs, facial hair, nylons and tights, footwear, corsets, feather products, hats, hairspray, makeup, mascots, inflatable costumes, parasols, teeth and fangs, Venetian/Mardi Gras Masks, Christmas and Holiday-specific costumes (Santa, Mrs. Claus, elves, Easter Bunny, pilgrims, etc.)
No exchanges on orders placed between September 15th and November 3rd. All orders placed between these dates are considered to be sold as ALL SALES FINAL.
Shipping is non-refundable.
